Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated in all our locations in-person after a year and a half of isolation combating COVID-19. Hence, this year it was extra special. Seniors were happy that they could congregate with other seniors following social distancing and wearing masks. Seniors of all locations were dressed in their best clothes for the puja. The festival was celebrated piously following all the rituals for Lord Vigneshwar, another name for “Ganesh”. Seniors sang sacred hymns praising the Lord. Aarthi and Prashad were offered to Lord Ganesha and then enjoyed by seniors and staff.
